					<description><![CDATA[Yay! I eat most of these...obviously not the lean protein (veggie) and I am not a fan of grapefruit. But I was interested to read pumpkin is a fat burning food - or that any of these carby foods like yams etc are. Too often we hear over and over how bad carbs are for weight loss so it&#039;s reassuring to know that my favourite food group (lol) is not that bad!]]></description>
