Hey Megan! I'll be following your pregnancy as well....CONGRATS! No I haven't been working out at all since around 14 weeks. Even upper body...lifting anything makes the SPD worse as it throws off my core and therefore pelvis too. I thought being in great shape pre-pregnancy would mean I wouldn't get the SPD this time around, but unfortunately, it appears you get it no matter what if you've had it before. My arms just naturally have a bit of tone, so I guess I'm just lucky for that! My eating is all over the place to be honest, as I still have little bouts of nausea. Breakfast is always scrambled eggs and either GF toast or oatmeal, snack usually fruit and nuts, lunch varies from sandwiches to mac & cheese! lol. Dinner is usually a recipe off the site, or things like turkey burgers etc. Can't say I haven't had my fair share of treats either!

No, not working out at all...can't with the SPD, too painful. I'm being conscious with what I'm eating, but not nearly as strict as I am when I'm not pregnant. I'll give in to cravings, but just try and stick to a portion.

You look fabulous as always Kris! I am about 12 weeks behind ya! I also noticed your toned arms - are you still working out at all, or is that SPD (have to go follow the link to find out what that is) making it impossible. Do you think the fact that you were in such great shape before the pregnancy is helping? Love the rec on the prenatal by the way as I've really struggled finding a non-constipating whole food one this time. Oh, and wondering what your diet is like these days. Describe a day in your life, will ya? I would love some good pregnancy diet recipes! (Off to peruse your site for more!). Congrats again on the baby girl - wishing you the best from afar!

I think I'm just lucky that genetically I don't carry much fat on my arms. It goes to my butt and hips instead! lol! Oh nice, yes, Alyssa is pretty! One of our top picks for sure!

I haven't had any stretch marks at all. I didn't get any with Sienna either, so fingers crossed. I believe its mostly genetic on whether you get them, but I do use this Cocoa Butter (and did first pregnancy too) and who knows, maybe it does work in preventing them! http://www.thebodyshop.ca/en/body-products/body-butter/cocoa-butter-body-butter.aspx

Thanks! It actually has gotten super long lately...must be a side effect! I don't notice its thicker, but that's probably good so it won't fall out!
