					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for this post! I eat fairly similarly to you but my protein count will be lower due to the lack of meat, and my carb count higher as I do have carbs in my dinner (if I have beans or lentils as my protein source, obv they are high in carbs too so that one&#039;s a bit of a hard one to escape!). But in terms of mid-morning snack being a protein snack I made and the afternoon snack being fruit or a protein shake - ditto. And my breakfast is almost always oatmeal with protein powder stirred in or protein pancakes! I can have eggs but I don&#039;t always feel like them first thing in the morning, so if I do eat them it&#039;s usually a lunchtime thing. I am really admiring of your protein count though, it must be fab! Do you have an estimate of what protein you consume in a day? My naturopath says I need to be higher as I am probably averaging around 50-55 g(65 on a day I REALLY focus on jamming the protein in there)...]]></description>
