Delicious and easy Greek Turkey Burgers. All the flavors of Greece packed in a low fat and juicy burger!
Ingredients
  • 1 lb (454 gram) extra lean ground turkey *1 package
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped or grated with microplane
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes (not in oil), chopped
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: 3 Tbsp chopped kalamata olives
Instructions
  1. Preheat your BBQ or indoor grill. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Form into 5 patties. Cook until no longer pink throughout. This took 8 minutes on my indoor grill.

Serve with homemade tzatziki sauce (see below)
