Delicious and easy Greek Turkey Burgers. All the flavors of Greece packed in a low fat and juicy burger!
Ingredients
1 lb (454 gram) extra lean ground turkey *1 package
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup green onion, chopped
¼ cup onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, chopped or grated with microplane
¼ cup sundried tomatoes (not in oil), chopped
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
Pepper to taste
Optional: 3 Tbsp chopped kalamata olives
Instructions
Preheat your BBQ or indoor grill. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Form into 5 patties. Cook until no longer pink throughout. This took 8 minutes on my indoor grill.
