18 Calorie Strawberry Mango Pineapple Popsicles

These 18 calorie popsicles are a breeze to make, taste great, and contain just real fruit and no juices or sugar added.
For the Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (fresh works too!)
  • ⅔ cups water
  • 2 packets stevia (or 1 Tbsp sweetener of choice)
For the Mango/Pineapple Layer
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (fresh works too!)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (fresh works too!)
  • ⅔ cups water
  • 2 packets stevia
  1. Using your blender or food processor, puree the strawberries, water and stevia together until smooth (I used my Blendtec).
  2. Divide the mixture between your popsicle molds. I used BPA free plastic molds...each mold holds 8 popsicles.
  3. Rinse your blender and repeat the process with the mango/pineapple layer.
  4. Add your sticks or tops to the mold and freeze. If you use frozen fruit, it will only take a few hours to freeze, if you use fresh fruit, it will take about 6+ hours.
  5. To get the popsicles out of their mold, just run the molds under hot water for about 20 seconds, then they should pop right out.
Switch up with whatever fruit is your preference.
