These delicious no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars are a great snack! The come together in 15 minutes and are sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Ingredients
For the Bars
For the Topping
  • ⅓ cup stevia chocolate chips (I use Krisda, or Lily's, or for a few grams of sugar in each bar, use regular semi-sweet chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, add together all the bar ingredients (peanut protein, peanut butter, stevia, milk). Mix together with a wooden spoon. When it starts to firm up, finish mixing with your hands. Knead it together similar to what you would do with a dough.
  2. Once the mixture is in a dough, press evenly into a loaf pan.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil on the stove, or in a microwave in 30 second increments (stirring after each 30 seconds).
  4. Pour the chocolate over the peanut mixture and place in the fridge to set.
  5. Once set, cut lengthwise down the middle, and 5 cuts horizontally to make 12 bars.
