  • 1 scoop (30 grams) protein powder (I used whey protein in vanilla)
  • 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 10 drops (optional) liquid stevia
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
