Mix the greek yogurt (however much you're using) and sweeten to taste with stevia (or whatever sweetener you choose).
Layer the greek yogurt in the mold you're using. I prefer silicone molds as the treats pop right out even if frozen solid.
Next, add about 1 tsp of raspberry jam.
Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate. I melted for 30 seconds in the microwave, then stirred and microwaved another 30 seconds until melted.
Remove the mold from the freezer and working quickly, drizzle chocolate on 1 mold, spread around quickly, and move to the next. Try to do it as quick as you can or the chocolate will set on you.
Place in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen (about 45 minutes). Pop out of the mold and enjoy! If it gets to frozen, just allow to that in a bowl on the counter for 10 minutes.
