Cookies & Cream Protein Milkshake

Ingredients
  • 60 grams (1/2 cup) whey protein, vanilla (I used Jamie's Lean Body For Her Concentrate)
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 cup cubed or crushed ice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 gluten-free Oreo-style cookies (I used the Kinnikinnick K-Toos)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except cookies into your blended. Blend until smooth.
  2. Break up cookies, add to blender and pulse a few times until cookies are crushed up.
  3. Pour into 3 glasses.
