Banana Bread Protein Milkshake

Yield: 1 milkshake
- ½ a medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 30 grams (1 scoop) whey protein, vanilla (I used Whey Gourmet)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ⅓ uncooked oats
- 10-20 vanilla stevia drops or to taste (I used NuNaturals)
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
