Watermelon Margarita with Newair Portable Ice Maker

- 1 heaping cup ice
- 1 oz tequila blanco
- ½ oz triple sec
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup (I used NuNaturals Simple Stevia syrup for sugar-free)
- ½ cup watermelon puree
- First, make your watermelon puree by blending 2 cups chopped up seedless watermelon in a blender.
- In your glass, add ice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Top with watermelon puree.
- Stir, and garnish with a slice of watermelon.
- Optional alternatives: pineapple, watermelon & mint, peach.
