Hey Beth! Here's how you do the skaters: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4RuxhVJ4-pg As for the burpee, you'll want to start the burpee, and end up in plank position, then from there do a full pushup. Some versions of burpees have pushups in them, and some don't. Hope that helps!

I'm wondering what skaters are as well as burpees with pushups? doesn't a burpee naturally kind of have one already in it?

Great workout , Kristine, thanks! 2.5 times in 30 minutes, does sound about the right timing? I am taking a day off from running and wanted to try something new, and this was fun too. I'm not sure about the difference between the burpees with pushups and walkouts with pushups. Is it the jump back in the brupees? Thanks!

Hey Christine! With a volleyball block, you just crouch down into a proper squatting position and jump up with your hands above your head. Just like you see the volleyball players do at the net ;) Hope that makes sense.
