LOVE the name Beckham. My friend’s son’s name is Beckham Gage, and they call him “Beck”. If Nolan had been a girl, he would have been Isabella, Isa for short.

One name that I love which is similar to your girls names is “Nissa” and our son’s name is “Breck” which again is similar. No matter what you decide, it will fit perfectly the day it’s born.

In reply to Suzriley1. We totally seem to like the shorter names for boys too, so Beckham is the longest. 1-2 syllables max. Liam is cute too! Ok, glad I'm not the only one that sees Isabella's with darker features. I think I'll the ones I know about are ethnic or have really dark hair. Not sure I could picture a blond kid with that name!

Yes I definatley found I showed quicker with my second and was sicker longer! (Sorry!) I love Beckham for the boy and my vote would be Viviana for a girl, so pretty! You look fantastic though can’t tell you’ve been skipping the workouts. Just wait till the summer we can hang by the pool.

On of my good friend’s name is “Vienna”, I think it it beautiful, and different. We call her “V” for short. I also like Brooklyn. I like Jackson for a boy. . You can shorten to Jack. I think it is a handsom name and fun too. My son’s name is Landon, a bit different for the time (he’s 19) and he says he loves his name.
Of the ones you have listed I like Jake or Max, and Tessa. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon. Can’t wait to find out if it’s a girl or boy!

You look adorable and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the names!!

For boys, I like simple though so I would totally vote for Luke and Max…since you asked:). My son is Liam and I just like the 3-4 letter names for boys!!

As for girls I like Tessa and Clara. I think they compliment Sienna’s really well. I agree with you on Isabella. A cute name but I live in Texas and the Hispanic culture uses that name often here so I see lots of darker complected people with that name.

I love Clara! That’s a beautiful name. And I’ve always loved Jake too :). But names are a personal thing – name your baby what you want because, as some friends who have had babies have told me, EVERYONE has an opinion on baby names, and it is easier to come up with reasons NOT to name a baby something than reasons to name them! You look adorable, I love your little bump! I was just on vacation for two weeks with my sister – she was 22 weeks when we got there and 24 weeks when we left and I swear I noticed a huge difference in her belly in just two weeks! And I could feel him/her (their ultrasound showed the baby with its legs crossed so no idea on the sex as of yet!). So exciting!

In reply to Sarah. Aw, thank you Sarah! I'm so glad you were able to relate to that. Oh yes, I was pretty nervous the whole first trimester! The horrible sickness put my mind at ease a bit, as I didn't have any with the miscarriage, and I know being "sick" is a normal thing for me, as I was ultra sick with my daughter too. If they only knew how much we worried about them before even being born! Ha!

Kristine, I frequently read your recipes and the such but was really grabbed by your infertility blog posts. You’re honesty was so appreciated- at times I felt I was writing your words. The once a month heartbreak- I could totally understand every emotion you wrote about. We now have a 9 month old son but getting pregnant after a m/c with our first pregnancy, took almost 2 years. So happy to hear you are now 17 weeks along. The first trimester countdown can be so scary, eh? Love your names and I look forward to hearing if it is a boy or girl!

Isn’t it funny how kids can totally match their name?! Love when that happens!

I’m sorry, I don’t have a good no-egg cake recipe. I’m surprised the egg replacer didn’t work, as that usually does the trick. Are you using gluten-free flour, oat flour or a wheat based flour? If you can use a wheat-based flour, that would work the best most likely, as the gluten will help bind the cake.

Check out the site http://www.livingwithout.com. They have some good allergy-free recipes on their site. Gluten free, egg free etc.
