Yah, its the soy sauce. You could just eat the chicken without much of the sauce...which would still taste good I&#039;m sure, and cut down on the sodium you take in.  Yes, you could serve it with rice. I&#039;ve had it just with broccoli and no extra carbs, and we like that too.]]></description>
