					<description><![CDATA[Wow!  My family of six loved these!  Even my, &quot;I don&#039;t like spinach&quot; stepdaughter approved of them!  I used honey instead of stevia, and added 1/2 cup of applesauce - but those were the only changes.  I had to cook them longer than 12 minutes (maybe because I used glass cupcake cups?) and we ate them AFTER dinner was finished - haha oops - but man, were they worth the wait!  Thank you for the recipe!]]></description>
