Thanks Joe! I'd heard of that Sobey's campaign...sounds great! For sides on this dish, brown rice would be great, and various kinds of veggies. Steamed broccoli, or cauliflower would also be great!

This looks absolutely delicious!! I just discovered your blog and fell in love! This post has me starving right now. What would you recommend as ideal sides? I have been trying to eat healthier the past few months, so perhaps a quinoa or brown rice or vegetables? What would you recommend?

I have been relying on Sobeys and the "Better Food For All" campaign that they have been using lately. Have you heard of it? I would recommend checking it out as perhaps they may help give you some new ideas/recipes.

Here is the link if you wanted, there are really healthy options: https://www.sobeys.com/en/recipes

Both resources are simply amazing though and I will be using them both going forward. Congratulations on a terrific blog and I look forward to catching up on your posts in the coming days. My New Years Resolution of healthy eating is in good shape. Keep up the great work Kristine!

You can use however many chicken breasts you want. Depending on their size, you might get 5 to 6 to fit in a 9x13 dish.
