					<description><![CDATA[I made these today, but tweaked them just a bit........added 1/4 more coconut meal, used olive oil instead of butter, and omitted the cheddar.  Then I made them like drop biscuits, cuz I was just looking for something to go with my sausage gravy :-).  They turned out nice and brown on top after just 10 minutes.......yummy!]]></description>
