I don&#039;t worry about the timing of meals, as research now shows its a myth anyway and doesn&#039;t improve fat loss...its about overall calories in the day. I just let my appetite be my guide for when I eat next. Many people are successful with 3 meals a day (and eat more at each meal), I just find I prefer to eat smaller meals more often.]]></description>
