Happy Tuesday! Since I’m just getting back into the swing of things, recipe testing will resume this week. I realized that I never shared this guest post! It was for my friends over at Skinny Ms.! I can’t believe I forgot to post a link here, as its a REALLY good recipe! You don’t even taste the spinach, so you my be able to sneak it past your kids.
Its a MUCH healthier take on alfredo sauce, but has a similar flavor. I used brown rice pasta to make it gluten free, but you could always use whole wheat to up the fiber content. Its also less than 30 minutes to put together if you have pre-cooked chicken.
