Just as I had my Top 10 Favorite Recipes of 2010, I knew I’d have to do the same list again for 2011.
Its so hard to choose just 10. I’ve published over 100 original recipes in 2011. Wow, that’s a lot! But there are definitely recipes I’ve been making over and over again, so they’ve definitely become the favorites in our house. I had Brent help me narrow it down.
These were the start of my ‘protein muffin’ recipes. Great combo, can’t go wrong with lemon poppy seed!
A different take on my Yummy Turkey Meatloaf, this one has tons of flavor. Even people that much prefer ground beef over ground turkey will like this one.
I know. Peanut Butter and Chicken sounds like its not the greatest combination. But this chicken recipe is so addictive, and the chicken comes out super tender.
I was surprised when these cookies turned out so well. They mimic traditional gingersnaps. Crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside! My friends that tried them had no idea they were healthy.
6. Mini Chocolate Chip Banana Loaves
Banana bread with chocolate chips. Need I say more?
5. Meatza Pizza
Who knew you could make pizza on ground turkey? This recipe was inspired by the Paleo style of eating. I find the leftovers of this pizza taste even better the next day. Once its had a chance to cool, it completely loses the turkey taste.
The best onion ring recipe I’ve come up with. They honestly taste similar to traditional onion rings. You must try it at least once!
3. Tex Mex Turkey Enchilada Casserole
Similar to a taco, but in casserole form. This easy dinner recipe will please the whole family. Can easily be made vegetarian, too.
I came up with this recipe for the holiday season. I wanted to replicate a traditional peanut butter ball. Oh boy, these are good, very tough to eat just one!
This pizza is so amazingly good. I could eat it everyday…I’m not kidding. If you like peanut sauce, you will love this pizza too!
QUESTION! What’s a recipe on the site you’ve tried and liked?
