Do each series 3-4 times, and 10 reps of each exercise in the series. If the exercise is per leg, do 10 reps per leg (totaling 20 reps).
1) Squat Press, Burpee, Walking Lunge, Plie Side Laterals
2) Walkouts, Tricep Dips, Alternating Forward Lunge, Pop Squats
3) Football Runs, Pushups, Split Lunge Jumps, Shoulder Rolls
4) Mountain Climbers, Volleys, Stationary Lunge with Bicep Curl, Deadlifts
