Did you know it was National Peanut Butter Day last Tuesday? Something just didn’t sit right with me ignoring that day. Had I known, I would have whipped up a new peanut butter recipe, but instead, I’ll share some of my favorite recipes using peanut butter!
Note: If you can’t eat peanut butter, any of these recipes could be substituted with almond butter. If you needed a nut-free alternative, Sun Butter (made from sunflower seeds) would work too!
