5 Favorite Fitness Classes

I haven’t done one of my SkinnyScoop lists in a while, so it was time!  How are you all making out with your New Years Resolutions?  This is typically the time where motivation can get lost.  By March, I notice the gym is quiet again.

In all honesty, if you find you lose motivation quickly, and you’ve never gone to a group class, now’s the time to try one!  I find when I’m in a rut, just ‘showing up’ to a class is so much better than attempting to get motivated on my own.  Just make the conscious decision to go, and when you get there, you know you’ll get a good workout.  Its like having a personal trainer, but without the cost.

Don’t worry if you haven’t done one before and you’re worried how you’ll look.  There is always beginners and there is always a learning curve.  You just have to suck up your pride and know you’re doing the best for yourself, and your health.
