Pre-cooked chicken is a MUST. If you’re going to prep just 1 thing for the week, this is it. If you have 5 minutes and a few ingredients, you have a yummy dinner.

Ingredients:
Diced cooked chicken breast
Mann’s Brocolli ‘slaw’ Mix
Sauce
2 Tbsp lower sugar apricot jam
1 tsp jarred minced garlic
1/2 tsp jarred ginger
2 Tbsp Braggs soy seasoning (or low sodium soy sauce)
2 Tbsp water
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
Put all the sauce ingredients in a medium pot and when its boiling, add in cooked chicken and about 1 1/2 cups slaw. Cook for 5 minutes until the slaw starts to get tender.
