Those of you that are following along on my hubby’s 12-week transformation plan, here is an update! p.s. I’m not the best at doing these side-by-side photo’s in photoshop! Here’s the link to the 4 week update and the beginning of the program.
The biggest changes we can see thus far is in his waist/abs.
He’s gone from 37.5 inches to 34 inches!
Here’s the kicker, he’s only lost 5 lbs thus far! I bet you thought it was more! He’s gaining muscle and losing fat so his weight isn’t changing very much.
Take note! Don’t go by the scale, especially if your at average weight. TAKE PROGRESS PICTURES & MEASUREMENTS! Then, you can really see your progress. I do want to stress a point though, if you are overweight (by over 50 pounds), you should have more drastic weight loss if you were doing a similar plan.
