Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Whey Gourmet Natural Vanilla)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of pumpkin pie spice (or use a pinch of cloves, allspice)
- 10 drops of vanilla stevia (like NuNaturals)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Bit of water
Instructions
- Blend all together in blender or magic bullet.
