12 weeks is up! My hubby has reached the final phase in his program! He’s very happy with the results!

The program he did was Jamie Eason’s 12 week LiveFit Trainer through Bodybuilding.com. He also took a lot of training tips from Kris Gethin and his 12-week Daily Trainer.
So gone is your excuse that you don’t have the money to hire someone to do a program for you! These programs are FREE! If you follow it, you will get results. Period.
p.s. Dis-regard the moustache…lol. He’s doing the “movember”. 1 word: ewwww. I’ll be glad when its gone! HA!

Hiccups along the way?
He went hunting for 1 week, so he actually did the program for 13 weeks, as he couldn’t work out or eat as well as he would have liked. He indulged a couple of times (wedding, special dinner), but for 99% of the time, he stuck to the suggested eating plan. He didn’t count calories, but he was aware of his protein and carb portions (in grams).
What he thought…
He didn’t find it very tough. The end was more challenging as the carbs were lower, but he said it was easier than he expected. He’s a good eater most of the time, so the diet wasn’t that drastic of a change
What’s next?
He’s now looking at various muscle-building programs, as he’d like to add about 10 lbs of muscle. So he’ll be upping his calories, carbs and protein and switching to a weight lifting program with a heavy focus with less reps.
