Happy Friday! What you guys doing this weekend? We might try and get out on our boat as the nice weather is supposed to continue. Its been a dreary summer. Haven’t wakeboarded once!

Have you ever seen a dog so easy going? That’s MacGregor. He tolerates all Sienna’s torment.
Ok, so now for the goods….my hubby’s “Before” Pictures that I took the other day!
For those of you that follow the Facebook Page, I’ll be providing more updates there, but I have his permission to post the “‘before” and “after”. He’s doing the Kris Gethin’s 12 week program as well as using some of the info from Jamie Eason’s 12 week program as well. Both are through Bodybuilding.com and are free. So anyone can do it! Normally, this is something I’d do with him, but I’m scaling back from the intense workouts at the moment (I’ll explain in a later post).
I’m excited to see the changes in 6 weeks, then again in 12 weeks! He’s done a pretty good job at staying fit, he did his first sprint triathlon last year, which he was in great shape for……
Just the last year, he hasn’t been as consistent with his workouts and diet. I know we’ve all been there! So follow along and watch his transformation!
