Favorite Find: The Ultimate Sports Bra

Hey everyone!  I’ve been meaning to get this review up for a while.  If you’ve ever worn a sports bra before, read on…

A little while back, I was invited by Under Amour to undertake in some VIP testing for their Armour Bra.  I happen to love the Under Armour brand (I have a hoodie that I LOVE), so I happily agreed.  I was sent a bra to test out and tell you guys about it.

To date, I’ve been a Lululemon sports bra user.  I’ve switched between the Flow Y-Bra and the 50-rep Bra.  The Flow Y Bra is really bad support to be honest, especially for my D+ size boobs.  The 50-rep Bra is definitely better, but I always found it annoying that the sizes were like 4, 6, 8 etc. and didn’t go by cup size.

I had gotten another bra-based sports bra in the past (can’t remember which brand), but the fabric wasn’t great, and the back clasp didn’t even open completely, so it made it hard to take on and off.

So I was interested to see if the Under Armour Bra met some of my criteria:

– Fit the “girls” well
– Comfortable & breathable fabric
– Easy to get on and of

p.s.  I was under no obligation to provide a positive review. If I wasn’t a fan, I wouldn’t have done a post about it! 🙂

I must say, I was really impressed with it. I will definitely be buying the Armour Bras over the Lululemon Bras in the future.

Here’s a view from the back:

Since I’m pregnant, I haven’t given it a full high impact test, but I’m sure it will pass just fine.  I actually wore it all day one day to see how comfortable it was, and I was liking it more than my regular bras!

Another great thing about it is you don’t get as much of the uni-boob like you do with other sports bras.  It actually gives you some shape.  I also like how its a little bit lower cut, so it looks great with a tank top and doesn’t come way above the top of my shirt.

The fabric is really nice and stretchy, yet breathable.

The straps are also adjustable.

So ya, to sum it up, I’m a fan!

I’m curious, what’s your favorite sports bra to date?
