Crock Pot Chicken Taco Filling

This is a super easy 5-ingredient recipe for the slow cooker.  What’s easier than making chicken taco filling in the crock pot! This will be my go-to staple for taco night!

Mix all ingredients together, placing whole chicken breasts in last.  Cook on Low for 5-6 hours or High for 3-4 hours.  Shred chicken with a fork and mix with sauce. Put on top of flour or corn tortilla, or lettuce (as shown).  Top as you would tacos!  I used a bit of 0% greek yogurt and guacamole!

Ingredients
  • 4 x 3 oz chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup no-salt added tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • ½ Tbsp cumin
Instructions
