Hope you’ve all had a great week!  As I mentioned on Wednesday, we had a family photo session last night!  It was actually a Groupon-type deal for a local photographer that I got months ago.  I had totally forgotten about it, then got a notification that it was about to expire.  So I called and booked for the new year.

We’ve never done a ‘family’ photoshoot like this before.  I have no idea why. Well actually, I do know why, Brent isn’t a huge fan of getting his picture taken.  Plus, since Sienna’s been born, all the photoshoots have been about her alone, we didn’t really thing of doing some together.

But it was really nice!  I’d definitely like to try and do it every few years.

On another note, of course, I didn’t find the time to apply self tanner, but even with the pale complexion, they turned out great!

The photographer, Lisa, has a studio set up in her home.

Her little daughter was so adorable!  She came down with us to the studio and started setting up.  Put a bench by the backdrop.  This girl was still in diapers and just started walking, which made it even more adorable!  She certainly knew the drill.

Sienna required a little bribery, as it was getting close to bedtime.  Its pretty magical what a little pack of Halloween candy can do!
