Wednesday already? Hope you’re first week back in the swing of things has been good. I’m happy to be back in routine. The gym is open back to regular hours, classes are back on. All the bad food is out of the fridge, freezer, cupboard, and we are stocked back up with healthy food and prepped items like chicken, veggies, protein muffins etc. Sienna’s first day back at preschool is today, and yesterday she was back at her gymnastics class and loving it. My 3 year old has more of a social life than I do!
Ok, now onto my “Favorite Find” this week…
Steaz
I picked this up the other day at Superstore in the natural health aisle. They were on sale, 2 for $3.00 so I figured, why not? I don’t normally go for the canned beverages, but I do like iced tea occasionally. I proceeded to check the label, and saw it was sweetened with stevia!
I ended up getting their zero calorie versions…
The one on the left is an unsweetened version with no added sweetener at all. It was light, refreshing and you could taste the lemon. The one on the right, was the stevia sweetened one in a citrus flavor. It was delicious! Not too sweet and delish! They had a ton of different flavors, so it was hard to choose. I just tend to like citrus-y iced teas versus berry, but I’m open to try others.
Here’s the ingredients of the stevia sweetened version:
INGREDIENTS: Our Premium Brew Uses The Finest Tea Leaves And Is Simply Made With; Filtered Water, Natural Erythritol (Natural Sweetener), Natural Flavors, Malic Acid, Fair Trade Certified™Organic Green Tea Extract, Stevia, And Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
* I love that its certified organic & fair trade & green tea.
It looks like they are available in the US & Canada. To see everything they have, check out their website. Steaz is also on Facebook & Twitter.
I really enjoyed them, and I’ll definitely be picking up more again soon!
Questions! Are you a fan of iced tea? How’s your week been so far?
