I’ve pretty much succumbed to the fact that life is just plain better with vanilla and chocolate. Just because they aren’t naturally sweet flavors, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be laden with fat and calories. You may have remembered my “Favorite Find” post from a while back with the unsweetened Rodelle unsweetened cocoa powder. (There are some of my favorite recipes with cocoa powder in the post too). I get this stuff by the BIG container at Costco. Its a lifesaver. Adds a rich chocolate flavor, but without all the calories.
Since then, the awesome people at Rodelle sent me a few of their other great products to sample!

I leave you with a super easy and yummy recipe using my lovely Rodelle cocoa powder and vanilla!
Chocolatey Vanilla Yogurt Snack
1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Rodelle unsweetened cocoa powder
15 drops vanilla stevia
1/2 tsp Rodelle vanilla extract
Stir together and enjoy! (Its like a healthy chocolate pudding!!!)
