Full Body Interval Workout

Hey everyone! Well the vacation is officially over.  15 hours of travel, and 3 flights later, we’re finally home!

For today’s “News, Facts, Fitness Monday” post, I wanted to do another quick workout, as some of you have been asking for them.  I’ve been getting such great feedback on my Facebook Page with all the neat workouts I’ve been finding on Pinterest, so I wanted to create one for you too!

You could easily do this at home, as all you need is dumbbells or do it at the gym too.  If you want to do it at home and you don’t have dumbells, you could easily do it without them too.  If you’re a beginner, take more rest than the 30 seconds if you need it.

If you’re feeling good, you can go ahead and do this entire workout 1-4 times through (depending on the amount of time that you have).

If you’re not sure what an exercise is, check Google, or leave a comment below and I will provide a link to a video or photo of someone doing it.
