I’m still in denial that my oldest will be starting Kindergarten next week. While I think it will be great for her, I really am going to miss her, and it will be SO STRANGE not having her with me all day.
So naturally, with her actually starting school, we must do the back-to-school shopping. He feet are growing like a weed, so of course we had to get some new running shoes. To be honest, I haven’t looked much into shoe accessories, or seen much in stores.
I was sent a sample of Shwings, which I wasn’t familiar with. I looked them up online, and they looked fun and super cute! Definitely a neat way to jazz up kids shoes. I’m not one to buy expensive runners, as she grows out of them so fast. So I like that these are interchangeable with new shoes as she grows into them.
My daughter still can’t tie laces, so they sent us the velcro version to try out…
I think they’re super cute, and so does she! Here’s a couple more pics of them in action. I wasn’t sure if they’d work with this particular shoe as the velcro tie is criss-crossing, but it still works great!
