Isn’t it the worst being back from vacation? Catching up stinks! I’ve been so busy this week with work, new promotions etc. For those of you that don’t know I’m an Account Manager for a Vitamin company (how fitting eh!) It felt like Friday on Wednesday! Enough of my complaing, onto the goods 😉
So since everyone is getting ready for back to school, back to work, that means getting back into routine and hitting the gym more often. So, I thought it would be a great time to share my favorite ‘Weight Lifting’ playlist!
I don’t know about some of you, but I like listening to rock when I’m doing weights…makes me feel stronger! (or so I think ;) I’m usually just a Top 40 kind of person, I like the popular songs. If it has a good beat, I’ll listen!
