The Best & Worst Restaurant Salads

Hey Guys!
Can you believe its back to school/work already? I can’t! The summer went by WAY to quick. Its already starting to feel like fall here in Vancouver.  The rain is starting and so is the colder temperatures.  Sad to say that I’m going to need to break out my sweaters soon…boo hoo!  I was talking to one of my girlfriends, and she said, “Its time to break out the pumpkin!!!”  I sooo agree!!!!  Can’t wait to try all the yummy pumpkin and Halloween recipes (for a cheat of course)!If you can believe it, I came down with a cold from Sienna.  That’s what happens when I slack on taking my vitamins. So I made some homemade chicken & veggie soup.

 

I’ll post the recipe tomorrow.  It was really good and helped clear my nose a bit!

I’m also starting back up with training this week.  With my regular trainer (yes, trainers have trainers! haha)  Weekly butt kickings will resume.  Will also be tightening up the nutrition program to lose a couple lbs I gained on vacation.

So now that everyone is starting to get back into routine, that probably means eating better. I found this quick guide to restaurant salads on Cooking Light. It goes through the BEST & WORST restaurant salads with many major restaurant chains. Being busy, I know that sometimes you need an option on the go.
