Workout Video: Home Leg Workout

Busy But Healthy show host Kristine Fretwell demonstrates a great workout you can do out of the comfort of your own home!  A GREAT Leg Workout that doesn’t require any equipment!

Here is the home leg workout (you can print this off to have handy)

Do each series 3-4 times, and 10 reps of each exercise in the series.  If the exercise is per leg, do 10 reps per leg (totaling 20 reps).

1) Pop Squats (10 reps)

2) Split Lunge Jumps (10 reps)

3) Volleyball Blocks (10 reps)

4) Alternating Forward Lunges (10 reps)

5) Side Hops (10 reps

6) Reverse Lunges (10 reps per leg – 20 reps total)

7) Walking Lunges (10 reps per leg – 20 reps total)

8) Jumping Jacks (10 reps

9) Squat Side to Side (10 reps per leg – 20 reps total)

10) Volleyball Blocks & Touch the Floor (10 reps)
