Happy Friday!  What are you up to this weekend?  The packing resumes for us.  We have a huge container being dropped off today to pack this weekend. Then the bin is getting shipped off to storage.  You might remember me mentioning that we sold our house, but we have no where to move to (oh the joy!), so we’re packing 95% of our stuff, and staying with a friend for a bit.  Fingers crossed we find something soon!

In other news, I feel like I need to stand on my head to get this baby off my bladder!  She sure likes to nuzzle in down there. We’re getting a bit closer to narrowing down the names…so I’ll chat about that in the next family post.

Speaking of kids, who else has a picky eater on their hands?  Sienna (she’s 4) still won’t touch meat, beans, sauces & cheese.  She likes everything plain, and its definitely frustrating when she won’t eat what I’ve prepared for dinner.  She’ll try most things, but usually she’ll end up gagging if she doesn’t like it.  Can’t exactly force her to eat it!  So I’m always trying new recipes hoping that something will be a hit with her, and get her away from eating plain oatmeal, brown rice and tofu everyday.

Here are my favorite kid-friendly recipes that will please pretty much any picky eater.  Great way to sneak in whole grains and protein!
