No added fat in this banana bread! I have a slice of this with a protein shake (mixed with water) for a snack! P.S. CHECK OUT how thick the slices are for 1 serving!!!!!

Cut into 8 Slices

Ingredients
Wet:
3 egg whites
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 NuNaturals Stevia Baking Blend (or 12 packets stevia, or 1/2 c splenda, or honey or agave–but nutritionals will change)
Dry:
2 cups oat flour (ground up oatmeal–use uncontaminated oats for gluten free) Could also use whole wheat flour or spelt flour, but they are slightly higher calorie.
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites, and add the remaining wet ingredients – mix thoroughly. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Then lightly blend all of the ingredients together, and pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry. Let the loaf stand in the pan for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
