Hello all!
Hope you had a great weekend! I sure did! Got out to the park with Sienna yesterday and just relaxed and enjoyed having a Monday off!
Last night I made fish taco’s! So good! The recipe is on my facebook page HERE.
Brent is out of town until the weekend which means it throws a wrench in my workout schedule. I work out in the morning before Sienna gets up, or Brent will get up with her when I’m gone. Gym daycare doesn’t start till 9am and that’s too late for me when I’m working….
So what I’ll be doing this week is at home workouts in the morning before Sienna wakes up! Here is my home gym….
For equipment I have a Bosu Ball, dumbells, bench, treadmill, ball and bands.
Today I did a 30 minute workout. 20 minutes of an incline walk on the treadmill at 3.8 mph 12% incline (as high as it goes). I alternated for 5 mins on, 5 off of having 10lb dumbells in my hands, pumping my arms. Let me tell you, this sure makes it harder!!! The last 10 minutes I jogged at a 1% incline at 6.0mph, much easier than the above!
