Hi all! I’m happy to be introducing a new workout series – Home Workouts! Many of you have asked for them, so here is the first one in the series. I know many of you are still working to complete the 12-week BBH Body Assault Program, but if you can’t make it to the gym, these home workouts are great to keep you focused on your goals, and have a chance to get outside and enjoy the weather!
I’ll be doing many of these workouts myself come summer, as my kindergartener will be out of school, so we can have fun doing these in the backyard. If you live in an apartment, you could do these workouts at your local park, but I will also be providing some indoor home workouts that can be done with limited space and equipment (just dumbbells), so expect to see those soon.

BBH Home Workout – Backyard Full Body Assault
Warm up – 50 jumping jacks
Finisher – Sprints – 3 to 4 sets. Sprint from one end of your yard to the other…or approx 100 meters. If you have a small yard, do more sets. Large yard, less sets.
