You know I have a mission to make healthy things taste like the unhealthy counterpart. That is certainly the case with this copycat Wendy’s Frosty with Jamie’s whey isolate. I haven’t had a Frosty in ages, but when I first tasted this combo, that’s immediately what it brought me back to.

The key ingredient in this is Jamie Eason’s Lean Body For Her whey isolate.  You can purchase it directly here: http://www.labrada.com/store/wheyisolateforher.html  While you could use another protein, I can’t guarantee it will taste exactly the same.

I also recommend you use a good blender to make it, to get maximum thickness. I have a Blendtec and love it. Mine gets so thick I can turn it upside down and no spillage!

I’ve made it a few times, and even my hubby agrees that it tastes like a Frosty. My girls love it too (I split 1 serving between them). I feel fine giving it to the kids, as the whey protein doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners.

So when you feel like something a little naughty, whip this up and it will fix that craving.
