Maca!!!!
If you’ve never heard of Maca before, your probably not alone. I happen to LOVE it! I take it daily and really notice a decrease in my stress levels. Seriously!!!

You can Maca many different ways, raw powder, concentrated powder, capsules (my preference). I haven’t tried the raw powder yet, but I hear it tastes ok and is great put into protein shakes etc. I just happen to be more consistent taking supplements if its in a pill form.
