Hey all! Don’t have much of a post for you today! I haven’t been taking any pictures at all this week! We are heading out of town on Monday for Christmas so just getting ready for that! Now that I’m off work, I will have time to blog all next week so I’ll have I’ll my usual posts up, and next Friday (Christmas Eve), I’ll have TONS of pictures as I’ll be documenting our drive through the mountains!
I’ve been keeping up with my workouts this week! Did 3 interval weight workouts with my Gymboss! One was shoulder/bicep, another was legs, and another was chest/back! Its so tough to be consistent over the holidays but I feel so much better when I get my workouts in! I’ve been a good girl staying away from treats this week! Hence my new recipe for the Guilt Free Chocolate PB Popcorn.
Filled my need for something sweet! Just because I love it so much, here is a close up!
Can you believe it makes over 5 cups of popcorn for just over 200 calories? Yum!
Another recipe worth checking out is my Lower Cal Apple Crisp. Tastes like the original! Still have to get a picture of this one!
