This is a super quick snack that I recently did, and even though its 4 ingredients, its amazing! Great for a quick breakfast, or an evening snack to beat those sweets cravings! It was also a hit with my 4 year old. After the photo was done, she ate it all!
Strawberries n’ Cream Protein Pudding
Makes 1 serving
1/4 cup 0% greek yogurt (could also use your favorite non-dairy plain yogurt)
1 scoop (30 grams) vanilla whey protein (I used Whey Gourmet Naturelle Vanilla sweetened with stevia)
1 Tbsp milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1 Tbsp strawberry jam (try and use a lower sugar or double-fruit kind with 5 g sugar per 1 Tbsp)
Place the yogurt in a bowl, mix in the protein powder with a spoon. It will be thick. Thin it out with the 1 Tbsp of milk and keep stirring. Add more milk if you need to get it to a consistency you like. Swirl in the strawberry jam. That’s it….enjoy!
